Every programme is individually tailored, recognising that each young person\u2019s needs, strengths and circumstances are unique. By working at the learner\u2019s pace and building trust first, we help young people re-engage, develop confidence and thrive.<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"747\"><strong data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"747\">Support for Local Authorities and Schools<\/strong><\/h5><h5 data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1286\">We work closely with Local Authorities and schools to provide access to a bank of highly skilled, consistently well-rated associates who offer short- or long-term support. This provision can be delivered in school, at home, or within alternative settings, supporting young people who are struggling to attend, at risk of exclusion, awaiting specialist placements, or requiring bespoke educational packages. Our associates are experienced in working with complex needs and provide structured, outcomes-focused support aligned with agreed targets.<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1610\">In addition to direct provision, we offer specialist SEND training and consultancy for schools, Local Authorities and organisations. Training is delivered by our expert team either in person or online and covers key areas including EBSNA, PDA, autism, trauma-informed practice, and understanding behaviour as communication.<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1942\">We also provide student consultations to support schools and Local Authorities in developing personalised strategies that promote engagement, attendance and long-term success.
