You’ll build incredible relationships and inspire young people to achieve their goals while earning between £18 - £23 an hour delivering learning 1:1 sessions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our students and show them how amazing learning can be while earning in a way that suits you and your family. Learning can take place anywhere the student is engaged, safe, motivated and encouraged to discover, and it will be your role to show them.

The Role
- Developing strong professional relationships with the children and young people who have complex needs and have often experienced significant difficulties in previous education settings.
- Deliver planned learning through a range of creative and interest based activities.
- Understand the importance of emotional regulation and can implement strategies to support/model this appropriately.
- Have detailed knowledge of how to work in a trauma informed way.
- Following the guidance in each person's individual risk assessment/student plan to support them to manage their anxiety and behaviour in a positive way and to keep them
- and others safe.
- Utilise a range of strategies in supporting the range of additional needs we work with.
