Our recruitment process

1. Apply

Submit your application through our website. Once we’ve received your application, our recruitment team will carefully review it. If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited to the next stage.

2. Interview

Interviews are conducted online to make the process smooth and efficient. We’ll discuss your SEN experience, motivations for joining SENse Learning, safeguarding knowledge, and how you align with our ethos. The interview is a two-way conversation. It’s also your opportunity to learn about us and decide whether SENse Learning is the right fit for you, so come prepared with questions!

3. Safer Recruitment Checks

Successful interviewees will be invited to complete a full application form. At this stage, we’ll collect documentation, qualifications, DBS and references to ensure compliance.

4. Working with Us

Once compliance and safety checks are completed, you’ll be formally welcomed as an associate of SENse Learning. Our referrals team will connect you with appropriate tutoring opportunities, and you’ll gain access to our community of teachers, mentors, case leads, and pathway leads, along with a wealth of resources.
