About the Role

This is a full time (37.5 hrs) hybrid role with one day at Head Office in Staplefield every six weeks.

Tired of organizations that just talk about making a difference? At SENse Learning, we are an Alternative Provision (AP) with a fierce, non-negotiable mission: to ensure no child is left behind. We need a sharp, proactive individual to help us grow—ethically and strategically—to reach more students who need us.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

This role requires a confident communicator and an unflappable multitasker who can work autonomously to secure our future capacity.

  • Partnership Architect: Maintaining and expanding relationships with Local Authorities, schools, and external agencies, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Pipeline & Sales: Identifying new opportunities, assisting with framework applications, and providing a professional approach to selling the brand and ethos of the company.
  • Outreach & Awareness: Coordinate outreach campaigns to raise awareness of our AP services and represent SENse Learning at key events and conferences.
  • Data & Reporting: Work closely with the Referrals Team to track trends, sources, and conversion data, providing reports and insights on growth patterns.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of new marketing material and website updates that effectively highlight our student impact and service developments.

Essential Criteria

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just meet targets but truly embodies our values.

  • Ethos Alignment: You must share our commitment to the protection, safeguarding and wellbeing of children and young people and share our ethos that the student is at the centre of our provision.
  • Project & Stakeholder Skills: Experience in coordination, project support or partnership work, confidently liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organisation & Communication: Strong organisational and time management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data & IT: Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to track and report on data; excellent ICT skills (Excel, MS Office, GSuite) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

Safeguarding Commitment

We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and completion of a Disqualification by Association Declaration Form will be required for the successful applicant.

Ready to be the driving force behind our growth?
